This ticket is for the entire series, fourteen sessions; Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 10th to February 23rd. They start at 10:40 am and go on until 11:40 am.

Penny has been a Certified Pilates instructor for all levels since 2017, emphasizing seniors. She has taught classes in Matwork, Reformer, Springs and Barre.
