You can now book for an entire series or a single event day. Of course, your best price will be for the series, but we understand that you may need or want to travel. Therefore you can now register for multiple days or the entire series.

Pilates with Penny.

Penny has been a Certified Pilates instructor for all levels since 2017, emphasizing seniors. She has taught classes in Matwork, Reformer, Springs and Barre.

She has a great sense of humour and keeps the clients engaged while being taught moves that will enrich their lifestyle and keep them physically engaged.

She is offering two levels. Level 1 and Level 2. Penny states neither of these sessions is at the “Beginners” Level.

Times: 10:40 am to 11:40 am Tuesdays and Thursdays for Level 2

The location is the Church of the Northern Apostles in Porter Creek. 45 Boxwood Crescent, Porter Creek.
