Kicksledding Together with Anne Middler

Price: All outings are $30 per.
Kicksledding Together: is an introduction to kicksledding and skills development for beginner to advanced skill level. Whether you are a new or seasoned kicksledder, this program is for people who want to enjoy the outdoors by kicksled with new and old friends. This active program will see participants improve their endurance and kicksled technique including efficient and balanced kicking, turning, and safe downhill and braking.

Please come prepared for outside winter activity, wearing good winter boots and warm outerwear

including a toque, mitts and neck warmer, and layers to shed when we work up a sweat. Please bring a pack with a full water bottle or a thermos and a snack.

*Note: We will not kicksled if the temperature falls below -25° C.
