Arts and Crafting Program - Guest Artist!

Loose Watercolour Painting Workshop
Join watercolour artist Lauren Waters for a 2-hour workshop painting loose, expressive flowers. Lauren will demonstrate a variety of creative watercolour techniques including negative painting, lost and found edges, saving whites, colour mixing and more. All are designed to help with your watercolour skills and most importantly relax and have fun.
Paints, paper, brushes and all other supplies will be provided.

Acasea Lane, our ERA program coordinator, will be assisting. She is an alumna of SOVA (School of Visual Arts) in Dawson City in 2013. And has a background in working in fine arts and jewelry as well as taking fine arts courses throughout her education.

ElderActive has created a new program for members who would like to learn arts and crafts and meet/socialize with fellow members. We will have rotating activities and will bring in guest art instructors where possible.
