Stella Patera has been instructing Iyengar yoga for decades. Classes are tailored to gain body awareness and precision of movement typically suitable for those with no previous experience or those wanting to maintain their flexibility.
Classes are every Thursday from October 20 to December 08. At the Elks Lodge #306, 401 Hawkins St. from, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. There is no class on October 27th.
