Our pilates program requires previous pilates experience and is not for beginners.

Penny has been a Certified Pilates instructor for all levels since 2017, emphasizing seniors. She has taught classes in Matwork, Reformer, Springs and Barre.

She has a great sense of humour and keeps the clients engaged while being taught moves that will enrich their lifestyle and keep them physically engaged.
